Hi Pinky,

I understand your post, but when I remove the zeolite, the ammonia levels raise a little too high for my liking.... so I think it's a fine line between getting the beads back up and running, and letting the fish suffer.

Since this little issue.... things have been ok, but up and down really.

Pond settled down until the CBA was added, and I cleaned the good bacteria out of all the filters.
It took 6 months to settle the pond back to some sort of normal, but then it had started to go cold and get close to winter, so the koi didn't go into winter well.

So I found Skin Fluke, with I treated with "Fluke Solve", and got rid of really quickly.
But what I didn't find, and have only just got rid of was costia.

Last few weeks have been really good, but this british weather is rubbish, this year......
