Whats the levels and what sugnficance are they in relation to top ups are they high /low etc thanks

Can’t say what your chlorine level is because it varies from area to area and may even vary within an area during the year to cope with peaks in supply demand or any reason that may require a bit of extra sterilisation in the supply network.
BUT… the World Health Organisation guideline for drinking water supplies is that the recommended chlorine level is between 0.2 mg/L and 1 mg/L. The UK Drinking Water Inspectorate recommends that the chlorine level shouldn’t normally exceed 0.5 mg/L but can obviously be at a higher level if the safety of the supply network requires it.
I’m not sure what you were asking in your first post. Is it to do with how much undechlorinated water can safely be added to a koi pond?
