Hi,
anyone know if David/Dankoi is on holiday or otherwise indisposed? I ordered an air pump pump a couple of weeks ago and can get no response re eta of delivery at mo on email or phone.

All I will say is good luck
My delivery took two weeks, 4 phone calls and an email.
Got here in the end but bad service selling stuff that’s not in stock.

Been trying to get in touch for over a week now, no reply to email, landline or mobile? Maybe they are away on holiday?

Ahhhh
Well i ordered some 100ltrs of Crystal Bio and it was hand delivered by David himself withing 2 days of order on a Saturday morning 
Not much else to say i suppose other than keep trying, maybe use a different phone number to contact them 
3000 Gallons with box welded liner, Aerated BD to Nexus 210, 55w TMC UV. Skimmer to Eazy Pod returned through 6kw ASHP. Also a 600g garage grow on/QT set up

I’ve purchased all my kit from David and never had an issue with delivery or getting hold of him he seemed a very genuine chap and was always willing to give good free advise whether I was purchasing stuff or not I hope you manage to get hold of him and you get your stuff. Sorry to be of no help but I just wanted to give some good feedback on a supplier
